Johannesburg - A flexible approach to the T20 internationals and utilising the phenomenal hitting power of AB de Villiers and David Miller by employing them at No 3 and four are some of the adjustments requested by former South African players for the forthcoming series against Australia.
Paul Harris, a former South African left-arm spinner, joined Herschelle Gibbs, a former South African opener, in suggesting that De Villiers should bat at No 3 in the T20 Internationals against Australia which starts on Sunday at Axxess St George’s.
Harris said De Villiers is South Africa’s finest batsman and should be used up the order where he can face the most of the deliveries.
