Cape Town - Australia batsman Usman Khawaja says he is not bothered after once again being dismissed cheaply by a spinner in the first Ashes Test in Brisbane.
Questions about the left-hander's technique to slow-bowling has again resurfaced after he was bowled by Moeen Ali after facing only two balls from the England off-spinner at the Gabba.
It was the 12th time in 39 innings that Khawaja has been dismissed by an off-spinner in the longest format with his form in Asia, averaging 14.62 after five Tests, not helping his case.
Former Australia captain Ricky Ponting, who scored more than 13 000 Test runs, identified a technical flaw in Khawaja's approach to spin bowling but the player himself is not to bothered.
Speaking ahead of the second Ashes Test in Adelaide, starting on Saturday, Khawaja said: "Sometimes you just get out. It's cricket, it's always going to happen.
"It doesn't really bother me too much but I have a pretty simple game plan - watch the ball and hit it. I don't think there's anything too drastic I have to worry about, it's one game.
"Every time I go out there I watch the ball and score runs, I'm going to do exactly the same thing going forward. In Australia, spin is always a scoring option. You see a spinner on and you're quite happy.
"The fasties, the big nasty quickies are always the dangerous one, especially in a pink ball game when it's doing a bit. We all welcome it, we're all ready for the challenge."
The Aussies won the first Ashes Test by ten wickets to take one-lead in the five-match series.
