A TRAGIC incident unfolded in Tshivaloni Village, Limpopo.
Nkhetheni Mudau (36) was allegedly brutally killed by her ex-husband with an axe.
The incident occurred at the ex-wife’s home on Monday, 15 April, around 10am.
