Full-time: Sharks 34-12 Stormers
CONVERSION, SHARKS, ZEILINGA. 34-12. He adds the two.
TRY, SHARKS, NDUNGANE. 32-12. Lovely try from the hosts as Sithole's offload down the right wing leaves Ndungane with a foot race which he wins.
Cheers for Bismarck du Plessis who is replaced by Franco Marais. That's all three departing stalwarts off the field now.
YELLOW CARD, STORMERS, DU PREEZ. Not what they were after as a fumble then leads to full-back Du Preez lifting Mvovo's legs above the horizontal in the tackle. Off he goes.
The Stormers get a penalty for hands in the ruck and this one will be booted into the corner. Can they finish on a positive note?
So close for Taute as a charged-down kick almost leads to the centre gathering and scoring. Unfortunately for him, Mvovo did enough to put him off so it's a five-metre scrum to the Sharks.
Next to receive a rousing ovation is Alberts as his last act is a decent kick into the corner, five metres from the Stormers line.
The cross-kick from Zeilinga comes to nought so it will be a 22 drop-out for the Stormers as wholesale changes are made by both sides.
Plenty of kicking at the moment before replacement Fred Zeilinga takes contact on his own ten-metre. Now here he is again, taking his side to within 30 metres of the Stormers line.
CONVERSION, SHARKS, CRONJE. 27-12. From bang in front.
TRY, SHARKS, MVOVO. 25-12. The visitors lose a scrum against the head now and it hurts them badly, with Mvovo collecting a grubber kick through to score their fourth try.
An hour gone in Pretoria as Cronje kicks a penalty up to halfway. Eight points in this one so the Stormers need two scores to win.
Applause for the departing Jannie du Plessis as he comes off for the last time in a Sharks jersey. Lourens Adriaanse is his replacement.
Nothing comes of that one as the Sharks replacement, Khaya Majola, knocks on in contact fifteen metres out. Stormers scrum.
Five-metre line-out coming up for the Sharks. Can they use that driving maul to good effect? Bismarck prepares to throw.
CONVERSION, SHARKS, CRONJE. 20-12. Excellent kick.
TRY, SHARKS, B DU PLESSIS. 18-12. Bismarck starts and finishes the score as his grubber kick on halfway results in him being handed the ball by Ndungane on the right wing. Good try.
PENALTY, STORMERS, COLEMAN. 13-12. Offside from the Sharks backline 20 metres out from their own line so up steps Coleman to bring his side back to within one point. No mistake.
Now the Sharks almost score as Ungerer's clever chip over the top leads to Pietersen collecting. From the resulting phase it looked like Jannie du Plessis was over but his brother's foot was in touch just before his pass to him five metres out.
Not the most intelligent move from Schreuder now as he taps a penalty quickly and becomes isolated, thus losing possession on the Sharks 22. Those were easily kickable points for Coleman too.
Almost an early score for the Stormers but Schreuder's grubber through rolls dead in-goal so it will be a Sharks drop-out on their 22.
Welcome back to coverage of this game in Durban as the Sharks look to finish their season with a win. The Stormers meanwhile know they will have a home knockout fixture against the Brumbies next week regardless of the result.
Cronje misses the conversion so it's 13-9 at the break in favour of the Sharks. Join us again after the interval for the second-half.
TRY, SHARKS, UNGERER. 13-9. The Sharks are looking to finish the half with a flourish and they do just that, with scrum-half Ungerer dotting down after a snipe from close-range. They will go in in front.
PENALTY, SHARKS, CRONJE. 8-9. Back to a one-point game.
Sharks possession on the Stormers ten-metre via the scrum and it's a big set-piece from the hosts, which results in a penalty. Captain Marco Wentzel points to the uprights.
PENALTY, STORMERS, COLEMAN. 5-9. Lovely strike.
Another error in the game as now Taute fumbles in contact after a big hit from Esterhuizen. Sharks scrum on their 22 before the ball is sent skywards up to halfway, but Bothma is in front of the kicker. Chance for Coleman to go for goal again.
That's strong work from Stormers hooker Michael Willemse on the ground as he wins a relieving penalty near to his 22. Coleman clears very well into Sharks territory.
Vincent Koch is caught offside at the ruck so it's easy metres for the Sharks, into the Stormers territory. Can they get their driving maul going here? No, they go right to the tail and look for quick ball.
PENALTY, STORMERS, COLEMAN. 5-6. A gift shot for the Stormers as Pietersen is clearly in front of Cronje when the fly-half sent up a high kick.
That try decision could have gone either way but the Stormers can't let that upset them as the Sharks throw in on halfway. Esterhuizen is back on by the way.
Cronje's conversion attempt is missed.
TRY, SHARKS, CRONJE. 5-3. From a loose Stormers pass, the Sharks hack downfield and the chase is on, with Odwa Ndungane looking to win it. The ball comes loose again and the TMO adjudges Cronje to have grounded it first. Try time.
The short answer is no as they fail to release in the tackle so the Sharks can clear through Cronje. But wait, he misses touch and then Stefan Ungerer fumbles 30 metres from his own line. Coach killer.
Good field position for the Stormers now as they are about to pack down 20 metres from the Sharks line. Can they make this numerical advantage count?
But Pietersen spills a loose pass so possession is coughed up. After a positive opening, errors are blighting this game.
So the Sharks are down on the scoreboard and down a man but do have possession 40 metres from the Stormers line. It's kept tight for now.
YELLOW CARD, SHARKS, ESTERHUIZEN. Sharks centre Andre Esterhuizen is sent to the sin-bin after making a tip tackle on Stormers flanker Michael Rhodes. No complaints there.
PENALTY, STORMERS, COLEMAN. 0-3. No mistake there.
Renaldo Bothma is penalised for not releasing the tackled player, who was Kurt Coleman. That means the fly-half will have a shot at goal from 30 metres out on the angle.
That's one in the win column for the Sharks front-row as referee Glen Jackson blows for a scrum penalty against Stormers loosehead prop Oli Kebble. Sharks ball on halfway again.
The Sharks make some early carries through their powerful forwards but they've only made five metres before Tendai Mtawarira fumbles. He wasn't expecting that.
Knock-on from Stormers full-back Du Preez so we will pack down on halfway with the Sharks about to put in. Fast start.
Here we go then with Lionel Cronje kicking off for the Sharks.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the last game of the Super Rugby regular-season, which sees the Sharks host the Stormers in Durban. Both these teams are playing for pride as the Stormers know they cannot finish any higher than third in the standings while the hosts' play-off hopes are long gone.
The Sharks have named an unchanged backline to the one that beat the Rebels a fortnight ago but the pack sees the return of Marcell Coetzee at openside. Etienne Oosthuizen moves into the second-row in place of Mouritz Botha, who isn't in the 23.
The Stormers have made 14 changes to their starting XV with Nizaam Carr keeping his spot and running out at number eight. There are three debutants in the squad, with Robert du Preez starting at full-back while flanker Sikhumbuzo Notshe and hooker Michael Willemse also make their first starts at this level.
