Wozniacki beats 16-year-old

London - Caroline Wozniacki saw off the youngest player left in the women's draw as the former world number one defeated highly-fancied Croatian teenager Ana Konjuh in the third round on Friday.

The Danish 16th seed beat the promising 16-year-old 6-3, 6-0 in an hour and 10 minutes on Court Three.

Wozniacki faces either Chinese second seed Li Na or Barbora Zahlavova Strycova in the fourth round.
