Wimbledon fever grips Durban

Johannesburg - Wimbledon tennis fever has gripped Durban where over 500 junior players will take part in the Dunlop Junior Challenge from July 2 to 6.

A strong line-up of players had been confirmed for entry in this year's event.

Boys and girls in the under-12, 14 and 16 age categories would compete at different tennis clubs throughout Durban.

An open tournament for senior men and women would also be contested under the auspices of Tennis SA in a bid to encourage player's participation in the sport after exiting the junior ranks.

The seeds have been announced as follows:

Boys Singles under-12

Boys Singles under-14

Girls Singles under-14
