PICTURE: Boris Becker has an extreme case of tennis elbow!

New York - Former tennis champion Boris Becker was spotted at the US Open with an enormous growth protruding from his left elbow.

In what appeared to be a severe case of tennis elbow, the former world No 1 had a lump almost the size of a tennis ball sticking out of the back of his arm.

The 46-year-old is at Flushing Meadows as current world No 1 Novak Djokovic's coach.

Becker won six Grand Slam titles in his career, including the 1989 US Open.
