Berlin - Spain's Rafael Nadal retained his lead at the top of an unchanged top 10 in the ATP men's tennis rankings issued on Monday.
Nadal continues to have a clear lead over Roger Federer of Switzerland and Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia.
