Djokovic's grandfather dies

Monte Carlos - Novak Djokovic will go ahead with his schedule at the Monte Carlo Masters and will take to the court on Thursday only hours after learning of the death of his grandfather.

ATP Tour officials confirmed that the top seed would play his third-round match against Alexandr Dolgopolov.

Reports had circulated for several hours around the grounds after the Serb was seen leaving a practice court in tears after apparently receiving the news.
