Berlin - Novak Djokovic continues to top the men's tennis rankings issued on Monday by the ATP, while Argentine Juan Martin del Potro is back into the Top 10.
Although Djokovic lost the final of the Monte Carlo Masters to Rafael Nadal in two clear sets, he marginally extended his lead over the former number one by 100 points.
Del Potro, who did not play in Monte Carlo, comes in as 10th, while American John Isner moves down to 11th.
