Djokovic still No 1

Berlin - Novak Djokovic retained a big lead and there were no changes in the top 10 in the latest men's tennis rankings issued on Monday by the ATP.

Djokovic takes 12,020 points into his Madrid Masters title defence this week, with Rafael Nadal second on 9 615 and Roger Federer third on 8 520.

ATP top 10 as of May 7 (previous ranking in parenthesis):

1. (1) Novak Djokovic, Serbia, 12,020 points

2. (2) Rafael Nadal, Spain, 9,615

3. (3) Roger Federer, Switzerland, 8,520

4. (4) Andy Murray, Britain, 7,860
