Paris - Serbia's Novak Djokovic extended his lead at the top of the latest ATP rankings released on Monday, a day after winning the Montreal Masters.
Djokovic heads the ranking on front of Spaniard Rafael Nadal and Swiss Roger Federer.
American Mardy Fish, runner-up in Montreal, moves up one spot to seventh, as France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga jumps six places to tenth.
