Scheepers ties the knot

Midlands, Kwa-Zulu Natal - South Africa's No 1 female tennis player Chanelle Scheepers married fellow South African Roger Anderson - her long standing friend and former coach - in a private ceremony at Lythwood Lodge in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands on Saturday.

The bride was dressed in a Justin Alexander creation with layered ivory beaded fabrics laced with Swarovski crystals.

The weekend's intermit celebrations which began with a welcome South African braai on Friday evening was attended by family and close friends of the bride and groom as well as associates from the tennis world.

Scheepers is currently ranked at 60th in the world.
