Del Potro wins in straight sets

Melbourne - Argentina's sixth seed Juan Martin Del Potro defeated French qualifier Adrian Mannarino in straight sets in his opening match at the Australian Open on Tuesday.

Del Potro, the 2009 US Open champion, won 6-1, 6-2, 6-2 in 1hr 16min on Hisense Arena.
