Anderson floors Gasquet

Paris - South Africa's No 1 tennis player Kevin Anderson has reached the third round of the Paris Masters after defeating Frenchman Richard Gasquet in three sets on Wednesday.

Anderson won 7-6 (7/5), 4-6, 6-1 against the world No 12, ending the local hope's chances of reaching the ATP World Tour Finals in London next week.

Anderson, the world No 39, will next take on fifth seeded Czech player Tomas Berdych.
