Anderson climbs into top 30

Johannesburg - Kevin Anderson has continued his steady climb up the men's world tennis rankings, rising one place to a career-high 29th in the latest ATP list released on Monday.

Anderson reached the semi-finals of the Vienna Open last week before he was knocked out by former world No 4 Juan Martin del Potro of Argentina.

The SA No 1 will face Martin Klizan of Slovakia in the first round of the Valencia Open on Tuesday.
