Djokovic well ahead in rankings

Paris - Roger Federer clinched his 85th career title in Istanbul on Sunday but remains second in Monday's unchanged ATP rankings, still led by Novak Djokovic.

The 27-year old Serb holds the top spot for the 40th consecutive week, more than 5 000 points ahead of the Swiss star with Scot Andy Murray completing the podium ahead of his rain-delayed Munich final against Philipp Kohlschreiber, the world number 24 from Germany.

With the Madrid Open Masters Series tournament taking centre stage this week, Spain's Rafael Nadal remains fourth, in front of Kei Nishikori of Japan and Milos Raonic of Canada.
