Cape Town - Former Germany captain Michael Ballack was unimpressed by the performance of Neymar in Brazil's opening Soccer World Cup Group E clash against Switzerland.
Philippe Coutinho's sensational strike gave the five-time world champions the lead before Steven Zuber equalised early in the second-half as the match ended 1-1.
Out of the 19 fouls Switzerland committed throughout the game, Neymar fell victim to 10 of the challenges, as the Paris Saint-Germain star attempted to weave his way through the Swiss' compact defence.
"Do you think that is the Neymar we want to see?" questioned Ballack on Twitter.
"I think, he has to understand (what) his role in that (Brazil) team. That's not a one-man show Neymar.
"You are an unbelievable player but use your team-mates in the right way."
