PICS: Japanese fans break down in tears after World Cup heartache

Cape Town - Japanese fans were left in tears following their side's stunning elimination from the Soccer World Cup on Monday night.

In one of the most emotion-filled World Cup matches you are ever likely to see, the underdogs surrendered a 2-0 second half lead to go down 3-2 to Belgium in their last 16 clash at Rostov Arena.

The scenes that followed were nothing short of heart-wrenching.
