Cape Town - Belgium internationals Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois have handed Chelsea a double transfer blow with both set on sealing transfers to Real Madrid.
The Spanish giants are reported to be in talks with Chelsea over the transfer of both players and are wiling to spend up to £150 million.
Both players starred at this year's Soccer World Cup with Hazard finishing as runner-up in the Golden Ball standings with Courtois claiming the Golden Glove award.
Belgium clinched their best ever finish at a World Cup as their "golden generation" won the bronze medal at Russia 2018.
Hazard dropped a huge hint that he might leave the club the club after saying it "might be time to discover something different" following Belgium's win against England in the World Cup third-place playoff.
The 27-year-old, who scored the second goal in the Red Devil's 2-0 victory in Saint Petersburg, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus.
"After six wonderful years at Chelsea it might be time to discover something different," he told reporters after Belgium achieved their best World Cup finish.
"I can decide if I want to stay or go, but Chelsea will make the final decision, if they want to let me go. You know my preferred destination."
Courtois is coming to the end of his contract with Chelsea and has a desire to be closer to his two kids who live with their mother in Madrid.
