The camp was part of their preparations for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Bafana Bafana supporters clad in national team colours and South African colours sang and danced as the 23 players emerged from the arrival terminal.
Also welcoming the team was the South African Football Association (SAFA) president, Kirsten Nematandani. He applauded the team for their commitment and resilience during the camp.
“The team’s preparations are well on course, the Brazil camp was a success, we are going to step up the preparations with another April camp in Germany and the final one in our country in May,” said Nematandani.
The team also observed a moment of silence for the three youngsters who lost their lives in a generator accident in KZN while watching the international friendly between Paraguay and Bafana Bafana.
Speaking on behalf of the team, goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune says they are all touched by the incident, and he conveyed the team's condolences to the bereaved family.
