Bookies: Uruguay over Bafana

Cape Town - Bookmakers have installed Uruguay as favourites to beat Bafana Bafana in their second game of the 2010 Soccer World Cup at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Wednesday.

Kick-off is at 20:30.

Leading SA bookmakers, GreatOdds, have Uruguay as 13/10 favourites.

Bafana can be backed at 2/1 with a draw on offer at 11/5.

In the overall betting stakes, Bafana are 150/1 to win the tournament.

Uruguay, who are appearing at their 11th SWC, drew their opening match against France 0-0 in Cape Town.

Hosts Bafana, appearing at just their third SWC, were involved in a memorable 1-1 opening match draw against Mexico in Johannesburg.
