Bartlett joins ESPN SWC team

Johannesburg - Former Bafana Bafana striker Shaun Bartlett has been approached by international broadcasting company ESPN to be one of their analysts during the 2010 Soccer World Cup which gets underway in South Africa on June 11.

The man who guided Cape Town Spurs to a historic double during 1995 and pursued his career in England with the likes of Charlton Athletic FC confirmed in an interview that he would be among the international company’s analysts.

“Yeah, it is true that I have been approached ESPN and they made me an offer that was difficult to turn down,” said Bartlett.
