Johannesburg - Kagisho Dikgacoi has revealed that the mood in the Bafana Bafana camp is at an all-time high ahead of the World Cup.
WIN: World Cup Havaianas
South Africa defeated Denmark on Saturday courtesy of a strike from Katlego Mphela, which extended the side's unbeaten run to 12 games - much to Dikgacoi's obvious delight.
"I think we did well, not only me, but the whole team. We stuck to the tactics of the game and defended well," the Fulham midfielder told his personal website.
"We were compact, hence they never troubled us for the entire game.I think Denmark was a good test for us, they are a good team.
"They held possession of the ball, they switched quickly from one side to the next, and they are disciplined tactically."
With the World Cup just days away and a stern test against Mexico at Soccer City on June 11 lined up, Dikgacoi added: "The mood in the camp is very good. The past games have given us a morale boost and we are really looking forward to the start of the games."
