Cape Town - German freelance photojournalist Bernd Fischer, who was charged with making a bomb threat during the soccer World Cup Final Draw in December, appeared briefly in the Cape Town Regional Court on Friday.His case was postponed to July 9 so the court could obtain the services of a German interpreter.Fischer was charged under the Explosives Act after he allegedly joked with security staff at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in December last year that his camera contained a bomb.
