JJohannesburg – Four children, aged between 11 and 14, were separated from their guardians at the World Cup kick-off concert at Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Thursday night, emergency services said on Friday.

Emergency Management Services spokesperson Percy Morokane said the children were all found unharmed and were eventually reunited with their guardians.

"Out of the four, two of the children were found outside the stadium."

He appealed to adults to look after children in their care at FIFA Accredited Public Viewing Areas.

"There are specially marked EMS designated missing children's facilities on-site."
