TKO Cup raises close to R5m

Johannesburg - The Telkom Charity Cup announced on Thursday, the proceeds of the tournament will be donated to 62 charities around the country.

The PSL's chief of operations, Ronnie Schloss, confirmed that the funds raised from the 2010 tournament amounted to over R4.5 million.

A total of 50 charity organisations will receive R90 000 each. The remainder of the proceeds will be split among a further twelve charities.
