Spain head beaten finalist the Netherlands and Germany, then Brazil and Argentina fill out an unchanged top five.The only top-30 move sees Croatia rise one to No 9 in a swap with Egypt. The African champions lost 2-1 to Qatar in a Doha friendly last month.
Qatar rose nine spots to No 105 after also beating Estonia in preparation for the Asian Cup they hosting this month.
Just 35 friendlies played worldwide counted toward the monthly rankings.
