Cape Town - EC Bees coach Chippa Njedu is optimistic his side can give Mamelodi Sundowns a real challenge ahead of Tuesday's last-16 Nedbank Cup tie in Pretoria.
The ABC Motsepe League outfit advanced to this round of the competition after previously going out in the last-32 during the course of the last two seasons.
"Even if Sundowns beat us, it will be pound for pound," Njedu told reporters.
"We are a ball-playing team like them. We attack like them. I do not like parking the bus because my objective as a coach is always to win all the games.
"My players are ready to market themselves. They know this is a big opportunity to showcase their talent to big teams."
Meanwhile, the Brazilians will be without coach Pitso Mosimane for the clash as he is away in Morocco completing his Pro License.
As a result, assistant Manqoba Mngqithi will be in charge for the encounter.
In addition, while the runaway league leaders are undoubtedly big favourites in the match, they will be without two key performers with midfielder Tiyani Mabunda and forward Sibusiso Vilakazi out suspended.
The action gets underway from 19:30.
