Pitso teaching young coaches

Johannesburg - Former Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane is imparting his knowledge to aspiring coaches in a week-long workshop in Soweto, according to a report in the Sowetan.

Mosimane will conduct the Carling Black Label coaching workshop at the University of Johannesburg's Soweto campus with a total of 36 coaches from various amateur soccer clubs attending.

The giant beer company is investing R1-million annually until 2015 towards the development of young soccer coaches in South Africa.

The 36 coaches attending are from the SAB Regional League.

Mosimane will teach them on what it takes to be a modern-day tactician, involving intensive theoretical and practical training.
