Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana striker Bernard Parker is reportedly on the radar of PSL champions SuperSport United.
The hitman, who was exceptional during the Confederations Cup, has had a torrid time in Serbia with his current club Red Star Belgrade.
The European outfit is in the midst of a financial meltdown and the 22-year-old is embroiled in a wage dispute with his employers, who seem keen to hang onto him.
However, Parker is desperate to end his Serbian nightmare and despite stating his desire to remain abroad, a lucrative local deal would be tempting ahead of next year's World Cup in South Africa.
Matsatsantsa chairperson Khulu Sibiya has revealed his adoration for the former Thanda Royal Zulu captain.
"Parker is a player that I will not think twice to sign," he told the Sowetan.
"He is a great player and I will be glad if he can play for me.
"I have loved this boy since his days at Royal Zulu. Are you sure he is available?
"If you manage to speak to him, please tell him that I love him."
SuperSport have already snapped up Bafana midfielder Siyabonga Nkosi and Parker's addition could see the club achieve a hat-trick of league titles.
"I have brought a quality player like Siyabonga Nkosi and I will be much happier to have another quality player like Parker," Sibiya added.
The forward's agent Mike Makaab admitted his client has received offers from Europe, with Panathinaikos, Fenerbahce and Maccabi Haifa all interested in the man Benni McCarthy hailed as his successor.
Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are also reported to be circling for Parker's signature.
