Johannesburg - Bernard Parker has confirmed he is on his way to Greece where he
hopes to finalise a loan deal with Super League club Panserraikos FC.
The Bafana Bafana striker was set to move to English Championship
side Leicester City, but the transfer fell through after The Foxes
signed Nigerian forward Yakubu Aiyegbeni.
Now Parker could be signing with Panserraikos FC. "Actually, you
just caught me as I'm getting on the plane to Greece. I honestly don't
know what's going on at this stage, but I know the Greek team is
interested," Parker told Football365.co.za.
