Cape Town - SuperSport United midfielder Reneilwe 'Yeye' Letsholonyane is targeting a win against former club Kaizer Chiefs in Wednesday evening's Premiership clash at FNB Stadium.
United started their campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns, while the Glamour Boys were held 1-1 by an inspired Bloemfontein Celtic.
However, Matsatsantsa did draw first blood against Chiefs by beating them in an MTN8 quarter-final, courtesy of a Jeremy Brockie strike.
'Yeye' spent eight successful years at Naturena before joining SuperSport in 2016. Nonetheless, the veteran midfielder is unsentimental about facing his former club, and wants all three points.
"The guys are good to go, the mood is high in the camp. The loss against Sundowns is behind us now," he told reporters.
"I think we didn't play badly against Sundowns, but it's one of those games in football where you lose but we must keep our heads high.
"Look, I think Chiefs are out to get a win at home after drawing against Celtic, but we have to be cautious this time around.
"However, I must say that we are looking forward to a good game of football and we want to win our first match in the league."
