Cape Town - Bidvest Wits left-back Onismor Bhasera is still waiting to hear from the club's management regarding his future, as his contract comes to an end.
The Zimbabwe international is the latest Clever Boys member whose contracts are set to expire at the end of the season with an option to renew, joining the likes of Dillon Sheppard, Henrico Botes, Calvin Kadi, Getaneh Kedebe and Robin Ngalande.
Wits CEO, Jose Ferreira, has revealed the club's plans to deal with all contract issues once the season has concluded.
"He (Bhasera) is amongst a number of players that have options and we will make decisions at the end of the season. This applies to all players with options," Ferreira told KickOff.
Bhasera lost his place in the starting line-up to Sifiso Hlanti just before the Christmas break, forcing him to make just 17 appearances in competitions for the Students, with one match left to play.
