Cape Town - Former Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Glenn Verbauwhede has insinuated that he could retire after a disappointing spell in the Premiership.
The Belgian arrived in South Africa in 2013 to join Sundowns, but failed to make an impression at Chloorkop and spent the last two campaigns on loan at Maritzburg United and Free State Stars.
Since his release at the end of last season, Verbauwhede has moved to Dubai to follow other interests.
"I have stopped playing and I'm now in Dubai," the 31-year-old told KickOff website.
"I can't say anything yet on what the future holds, but it (plans) are in the final stages. I now have a business in Dubai, called World Wide."
