Cape Town - Belgian goalkeeper Glenn Verbauwhede has confirmed his departure from Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
Since joining Sundowns in 2013, Verbauwhede failed to claim a place in the first team and spent much of his time out on loan.
Verbauwhede spent the last two seasons at Maritzburg United, but his time was cut short after being released before the end of the season.
The 31-year-old also revealed his wish to remain in the country, while admitting he had already received offers from clubs interested in acquiring his services.
"I am free to join any team now. I have received a few offers from overseas, but I am ready to consider a few options in South Africa," Verbauwhede told KickOff.
