Cape Town - Cape Town City FC coach Eric Tinkler says the difference in pressure at his current club compared to Orlando Pirates is the expectations of the supporters.
Tinkler parted ways with the Buccaneers at the end of last season to join the newly-formed Mother City outfit.
After just four months in charge, Tinkler has steered City to the Telkom Knockout final and top of the Absa Premiership standings.
At Pirates, the former Bafana Bafana international lost two finals - the CAF Confederations Cup and Nedbank Cup - last year.
"The pressure is the same (as at Pirates). Remember, my boss (John Comitis) expects me to win every game and that's normal - that's what is expected at Pirates," Tinkler told The Sowetan.
"Obviously, the demands of the public is different you understand. The social media is a headache for us as coaches and you guys (the media) are always scrutinising us. Obviously, there (at Pirates) they get more scrutinised than anywhere else and that's the added pressure.
"The players know the importance of this game. We spoke about all of this right at the beginning of the season. Here is an opportunity for them to create a legacy for themselves."
