Sundowns' Mahachi to remain at Arrows

Cape Town - South African top-flight side Golden Arrows have announced that Zimbabwean attackers Knox Mutizwa and Kudakwashe Mahachi will remain with the team.

Bidvest Wits marksman Mutizwa was on loan at Arrows for the second-half of last season and excelled with five goals in 14 league matches.

Mahachi has been on loan with Abafana bes'Thende for several seasons, but it was thought that he was to return to parent club Mamelodi Sundonws.

But Arrows have confirmed both players will be staying, while also announcing a couple of new arrivals in defenders Mzwandile Buthelezi and Zolani Nkombela, as well as striker Thabiso Mgwaba, the trio coming in from the lower divisions.

"Knox Mutizwa and Kudakwashe Mahachi are back with the team and will be playing for us for another season," the club stated.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
