Sundowns extend Billiat deal - reports

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns have reportedly exercised their option to extend the contract of Zimbabwean winger Khama Billiat by two years.

With Billiat's current deal set to expire at the end of the season, Sundowns have triggered a two-year extension clause in his contract.

The 25-year-old has been instrumental for the table-topping Sundowns this season, contributing nine goals and seven assists.

"I just want to achieve as much as I can this season and see how things unfold at the end of the season," Billiat told KickOff.

Meanwhile, Sundowns will be hoping to extend their lead at the top of the Absa Premiership when they face Polokwane City on Wednesday, April 13.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
