Cape Town - Free State Stars coach Giovanni Solinas has set his sight on another Soweto giant scalp ahead of their clash against Orlando Pirates on Saturday.
Stars eliminated Kaizer Chiefs from the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals in a penalty shootout a fortnight ago.
Solinas will look to steer Ea Lla Koto past the Buccaneers when the Premiership resumes at the Orlando Stadium.
"We played very well against Kaizer Chiefs but you know in football the past is the past. In football you have to look at the present and the future," he told KickOff.
"So the Kazier Chiefs game is the past and now we need to focus against Pirates because it is very difficult game. We need to be brave and we need to play with confidence and we need to have a strong mentality. But we must try to play our philosophy and play our football.
"It will be a difficult, tough game for us because Orlando Pirates are good but we are prepared very well for this game. I'm very happy for the effort and commitment the guys (showed) and they are training very hard so we are trying our best.
"I believe in hard work and I'm a hard working coach and every day I work ten to twelve hours. I believe in my own philosophy and I need hard work to get results."
Kick off is at 18:00.
