Shabba gets green light ahead of Dikwena clash

Cape Town - Siphiwe 'Shabba' Tshabalala is now cleared to play after going through several full training sessions since recovering from a muscle strain injury sustained two weeks ago.

“Shabba is ready to travel to Rustenburg,” confirms Kaizer Chiefs’ physiotherapist David Milner on the club's official website.

The midfielder missed the last two matches, against Golden Arrows and Polokwane City, due to injury.

“Sibusiso Khumalo (knee) and Brilliant Khuzwayo (ankle) are still recovering,” Milner added.

The duo will not travel with the team for Wednesday’s fixture.

Amakhosi are travelling to Rustenburg to play in their penultimate 2016/17 Absa Premiership fixture against Platinum Stars.

Kick off is at 19:30.
