September: We aren't scared of Baroka

Cape Town - SuperSport United defender Thabo September has warned Baroka FC not to be overconfident ahead of their Nedbank Cup semi-final.

Baroka advanced to the last four of the competition after a shock 2-0 win over Polokwane City on Sunday.

The NFD league leaders have been high on confidence after also overcoming Chippa United and Golden Arrows on their way to the semi-finals.

"It's a good draw. They have been doing well in the league and the cup and we look forward to playing against them," September told KickOff.

"But look, SuperSport United are not Polokwane City or any other team. We have played other small teams and we are not scared of them. We are playing at home and we should take advantage of that."

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
