Rosslee leaving his ego behind in order to help Aces

Cape Town - New Mpumalanga Black Aces technical director Craig Rosslee wants to hit the ground running at the club.

Rosslee was appointed to assist Eric Tinkler after the former Bafana Bafana midfielder was hired as head coach last week.

"My role at the club would be a supporting one, you know. I would give my input where and when it's needed," Rosslee told KickOff.

"It's important that we leave our egos behind and work together as a unit. As a technical team you cannot work against each one another.

"Look what happened to Mourinho and his team doctor due to lack of understanding and see where egos got the club.

"You should be able to get along with the rest of the technical team. I need to commend the owner for the strong and professional technical unit he has assembled."

Former Ajax Cape Town boss John Comitis bought the club and intends to move it to the Mother City, but a new name has not been decided on just yet.
