PSL hand over Q2 cheque to Sundowns

Cape Town - Premier Soccer League official, Professor Ronnie Schloss last night handed the Absa Premiership Quarter Two cheque to winners, Mamelodi Sundowns.

Sundowns walked away with the R1.5 million in prize money for winning the quarter.

Pitso Mosimane's charges won Q2 with 19 points from seven matches.

They were followed by MP Black Aces in second place with 15 points having played the same number of games.

Mamelodi Sundowns board member, Sandile Langa accepted the cheque on behalf of the club.
