Preview: CT City v Platinum Stars

Cape Town - Cape Town City will look to continue their fine form in the Absa Premiership when they host Platinum Stars at Cape Town Stadium.

City claimed a fifth win from their last six league matches when they defeated Bidvest Wits 3-2 away on December 2.

The Cape Town side has claimed 12 points from five home matches this season.

The Citizens are placed first on the Absa Premiership log with 24 points from 12 matches.

Stars suffered a fourth successive league defeat when they went down 3-2 at home to Polokwane City on December 3.

The Rustenburg side has claimed six points from five away matches this season.

Dikwena are placed 14th on the Absa Premiership log with nine points from 11 matches.

This will be the first official league clash between Cape Town City and Platinum Stars.

Kick off at 19:30 on Tuesday, December 13.
