Cape Town - New arrival Musa Nyatama says the Orlando Pirates players are responding very well to head coach Milutin Sredojevic and his assistant Rhulani Mokwena.
The Buccaneers have made a bright start to the season under their new technical team, having claimed four points from their opening two league matches without conceding any goals.
And Nyatama believes Sredojevic and Mokwena have all the ingredients needed to enjoy a successful partnership in charge of the Sea Robbers.
"Honestly, the two guys are top quality and we are all enjoying working with them. They complement each other very well and coach Micho has been around the continent and gained a lot of experience, while coach Rhulani has won the CAF Champions League with Mamelodi Sundowns," he told Soccer Laduma website.
"Everyone knows what coach Rhulani has contributed to Sundowns' success and what coach Micho has achieved in the continent.
"Their experience and expertise can be felt already and everyone is so excited about working with them. We are all looking forward to gaining more from their teachings and I'm sure we will all improve our game," added the midfield playmaker.
The former Bloemfontein Celtic man also says there is a healthy level of competition in the Pirates squad.
"You should see the mood in our camp, as everyone is working so hard to get into the team. The good thing is that the competition has been taken to another level where even guys sitting on the bench are not just happy to make the match-day squad, they want to play.
"The same goes for the guys who have not made the squad yet and that is the only way to keep one another on our toes," he explained.
