Ngoma backs Ertugral appointment

Cape Town - Mpumalanga Black Aces midfielder Aubrey Ngoma has believes outgoing coach Muhsin Ertugral will be a success at Orlando Pirates.

Ertugral was appointed to replace Eric Tinkler as Buccaneers coach after leading Aces to a fourth-placed finish last season.

The vastly-experienced Turk has coached a handful of top clubs in the country, including Kaizer Chiefs, Ajax Cape Town and Golden Arrows.

"He is a disciplinarian. He is a very professional coach and dedicated to his job," Ngoma told KickOff.

"He is a nice person off the field but on the field he expects 100 percent commitment from his players.

"If Pirates' players understand what he wants on the field they will enjoy working with him.

"He is a great coach, great tactician. We did well at Aces last season and it was sad to see him leaving as I was looking forward to work with him again next season."
