Myeni leaves Pirates, returns to Wits

Cape Town - Bidvest Wits have announced the signing of Orlando Pirates midfielder Sifiso Myeni.

The club confirmed the capture via their Twitter account on Wednesday, August 31 with hours remaining on the transfer window clock.

"Bidvest Wits is pleased to announce the signing of Sifiso Myeni. Welcome back to the family," read the Tweet.

Myeni parted ways with the Buccaneers after being transfer listed by the club in July.

The 28-year-old rejoins the club four years after leaving the PSL title contenders for Pirates.

Meanwhile, Just a day after securing the signature of Mark Mayambela, Ajax Cape Town to announce the signing of Lebohang “Cheeseboy” Mokoena.

Also, Bantu Mzwakali will remain at Ajax Cape Town despite reportedly garnering interest from a number of top teams in South Africa.
