Cape Town - Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says Cape Town City duo Lebogang Manyama and Aubrey Ngoma pose the biggest threat to his side.
The Sundowns boss will lead his side into battle against league front-runners City at the Athlone Stadium on Friday night.
Ngoma has been the Cape side's assist king, with rarely a game going past without the speedy winger providing several goal scoring chances. Manyama has, meanwhile, excelled in the captaincy role and has banged in a very impressive 10 goals from midfield.
Mosimane accepts the pair will need to be carefully monitored, but hopes to starve them of possession by ensuring his own team is doing the bulk of the attacking.
"City are a difficult team. They are on form‚ they've got a good attack‚" he said.
"And with not many people. Those two in attack cause problems - Lebogang Manyama and Aubrey Ngoma. We really have to keep our eye on them. But how far can you?
"Our aim is also to test their defence. We don't worry about them because they should worry about us."
Sundowns are in fifth place on the table, but only two points behind joint leaders Cape Town City, who have played four games more.
Kick off is at 20:00.
