Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs defender Levy Mokgothu has no regrets about joining the club despite two seasons without any game-time.
Mokgothu is yet to make his first appearance for Amakhosi since joining from Moroka Swallows in 2014.
With some considering him a flop, the 26-year-old has a different view ahead of his exit at the end of the season.
"You find people that will judge you and tell you that you shouldn't have gone there or you're just going to Chiefs to be surplus, without them knowing what it is that you do when you're there," Mokgothu told Soccer Laduma.
"Am I letting the team destroy me? Am I destroying myself by being there? Was it the wrong move for me? It wasn't a wrong move for me. I'll be happy to say that in my football career I was part of Kaizer Chiefs and have a championship medal.
"I'll say that I am a better player than I was before and that I've learnt a lot from this situation."
